Netpak Ambalaj’s Longitudinally Reinforced Carrier Bag, developed as part of the company’s R&D activities, has been selected as a finalist in the Crescents and Stars for Packaging 2026 Competition, organized by the Turkish Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD).
In the 12th edition of the competition, 220 projects were evaluated by 11 jury members according to 11 different criteria. Following the evaluation process, 109 projects qualified for the final.
Longitudinally Reinforced Carrier Bag is a reusable carrier bag developed with a longitudinal reinforcement structure designed to support a more balanced distribution of loads across the bag body and base. The product has been designed with the aim of optimizing carrying performance together with material use.
Netpak Ambalaj continues its R&D activities focused on product development, material optimization and production technologies.
The Gold, Silver, Bronze and Competency Awards of the Crescents and Stars for Packaging 2026 Competition will be announced at the award ceremony, with the date and venue to be announced at a later stage.
