Netpak Manufacturing Infrastructure

Netpak strengthened its manufacturing infrastructure with a major investment in 2014 and further expanded its production capacity with the launch of its Hadımköy Factory in 2022. Today, Netpak operates two production facilities in Esenyurt and Hadımköy, Istanbul, with a total production area of 25,000 m².

In addition to manufacturing reusable and environmentally friendly packaging solutions, Netpak carries out R&D and engineering activities focused on production technologies, machinery and automation systems. Resource and energy efficiency are key priorities throughout the production process, while continuous improvements are implemented to support efficient and sustainable manufacturing.

R&D and Patent Activities

Netpak develops innovative products and production technologies through R&D activities aimed at improving production speed, quality and resource efficiency. These innovations are protected through patents and utility models. To date, Netpak has carried out more than 80 patent and utility model studies covering products, production methods and technologies.

In addition to product development, production methods, machinery and automation systems are developed through Netpak’s in-house engineering capabilities. The company continues to develop machinery and equipment designed to improve production efficiency, consistency and quality.

Projects developed within this scope have benefited from various support programs, including TÜBİTAK. Automation and production systems developed through these projects are also used within Netpak’s own manufacturing facilities.

Netpak’s R&D activities focus on increasing production capacity, reducing error rates, optimizing energy and raw material consumption, developing production technologies and creating reusable environmentally friendly packaging solutions.

Customer Satisfaction

At Netpak, we regularly evaluate customer feedback, suggestions and requests throughout the production process and after delivery. Feedback regarding our products and services is used to continuously improve our quality standards and business processes.

Customer satisfaction, suggestions and complaints are forwarded to the relevant departments and managers for evaluation. Through this approach, we aim to maintain a fast, transparent and effective communication process with our customers.
